This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are permitted for the services we offer via our website (A2C Educare) and directly through our business. This policy is in line with consumer protection laws applicable in India and is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant.
This policy applies to all paid consultancy services, including but not limited to: One-on-one counseling sessions Admission guidance packages College application support services Any educational packages or programs purchased through the A2C Educare platform
3.1. Cancellation by the Customer: You may cancel your booking or service request by providing written notice via email to a2ceducare@gmail.com. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service or session are not eligible for a refund, but we may, at our discretion, allow for rescheduling subject to availability. 3.2. Cancellation by A2C Educare: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unavailability of consultants or technical issues). In such cases, customers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4.1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations as outlined above. Refunds are not applicable once a service has been fully rendered or a program has been accessed or utilized. No refund will be provided for "No-shows" or failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice. 4.2. Refund Process: To request a refund, email us at a2ceducare@gmail.com with your booking reference and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. A2C Educare is not liable for delays caused by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Clients may request to reschedule a booked service at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to consultant availability and can be done only once per booking.
The following are non-refundable: Fees paid for documentation, application submission, or third-party costs Partially used packages or sessions Customized counseling services already delivered Government or institution-specific processing fees
All personal data processed during a cancellation or refund request is handled securely and in accordance with GDPR principles. We collect only the information necessary to verify and process your request and do not retain it longer than needed for this purpose.
